About purchasing medical equipment

General medical devices (Class I) are available for purchase by all customers.

For purchasing other medical devices, shipments will be made to customers whose facility classification in the table matches the publicly available information on the websites of the official institutions listed below and the two points of "① Company name (facility name)" and "② Address (location)" at the time of registration or change.

・Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare website (insurance medical institutions and insurance pharmacies)
・ Nursing care information service disclosure system, etc.

If we are unable to confirm the facility category when making a purchase, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm, and depending on the situation, we may have to cancel the purchase and provide a refund.

Medical Hospitals, clinics, dental clinics, pet medical facilities (veterinary clinics), training facilities for doctors, dentists, pharmacists and nurses, nursing care facilities for the elderly, nursing care facilities for the elderly (special nursing homes for the elderly), licensed clinics, and other corporations with licenses to sell highly-regulated medical equipment	All of the following "highly-regulated medical devices" (Class I, Class II, Class III , Class IV, special maintenance )
Pharmacy and Nursing Dispensing pharmacies, designated visiting nurse offices (visiting nurse stations), midwifery clinics, and other corporations with licenses to sell controlled medical equipment	All of the following "controlled medical devices" (Class I, Class II )
Other customers	Among the "controlled medical devices," massage equipment, non-contact thermometers, electronic blood pressure monitors, and magnetic therapy devices (Class I, Class II only )
