A socket for clamp bands. When combined with a torque wrench, the tightening torque of clamp bands can be standardized.
After attaching the socket to the torque wrench, insert the wing nut of the clamp band into the groove on the surface.
By setting the tightening torque with a torque wrench, you can prevent inconsistent tightening.
This single socket can be used with clamp bands of different sizes and manufacturers. (Compatible manufacturers and sizes can be downloaded here.)
To ensure smooth tightening, a mark has been added to the back of the socket to indicate the position of the groove. The groove and the clamp band can be easily aligned.
We also accept custom-made design and production, such as products compatible with the clamp bands you are using.
