The pen body is made of aluminum and the tip is made of conductive urethane adhesive rubber.
Since no adhesive is used, there is no glue transfer.
Since it is silicon-free, it can be used safely on semiconductor substrates.
Dust on the pen tip can be removed using a special transfer sheet (sold separately).
