[How to use]
★To prevent tears and runs
- Before use, smooth nails, heels, and remove rings.
・Do not use your fingernails or pull it up all at once.
(1) Check the front and back.
*The side with the tag is the back (buttocks side)
(2) Pull it up to your ankles and align it accurately to your ankle position.
(3) Place the thumbs of both hands inside and pull up evenly, little by little.
*Lift one leg at a time.
*Because it has strong support, pull it up slowly and carefully.
(4) Pull up the crotch area so that there is no gap, then pull it up evenly to the waist.
(5) Lift your hips from your thighs and place them on your hips.
*If there is a gap between the legs, pull them down to your ankles and then pull them up again.
