Catalog number: 1000 Features: ● Repair tape is made from a special silicone material and does not use adhesive, so it leaves no traces. ● With a stretch rate of 300%, it conforms to the irregular shape of the target object. ● Insulates up to 8000V high voltage and does not melt at high temperatures of 260 degrees. ● Once bonded, it is permanently impermeable to air and water. Applications: ● For a wide range of applications, including air leakage, water leakage, steam leakage, insulation, corrosion prevention, and bundling. Specifications: Color: Black Width (mm): 38.1 Length (m): 11 Thickness (mm): 0.5 Operating temperature range (℃): -65 to 260 (intermittent use) Specific gravity: 1.2 +/- 0.03 Tensile strength: 700 psi Stretchability: 300% Tear strength: 85 psi Adhesive strength: 2 lbs Water absorption: 3% or less Dielectric strength: 8000 V (0.5 mm thickness equivalent) [General performance and features] Moisture resistance: Excellent UV resistance: Excellent Electrical insulation: Excellent Ozone resistance: Excellent Elasticity: Excellent Rust prevention: Excellent High temperature: Excellent Melting resistance: Good Flame retardancy: Good Acid resistance: Good to fair Abrasion resistance: Good Oil resistance: Good to fair Food Sanitation Law: Compliant with No. 370 MIL standard: Compliant with AA-59163A Operating temperature range: -45℃ to 200℃ (continuous) Material/Finish: Silicone Caution: Before use, wipe off as much dirt as possible from the area to be wrapped. The tape alone can be used to stop leaks with water and air. Rewrapping the repair tape in areas under pressure will reduce its strength, so it is not recommended. It is possible to stop leaks even under pressure as long as the pressure is within 0.6 MPa. If the pressure is 0.6 MPa or more, it is possible to stop leaks up to 1 MPa by reducing the pressure to within 0.6 MPa and then wrapping the tape tightly 4 to 5 times.
