○Sacrum pad for pelvic joint belt
The sacral pad of the Holdon Pelvic Joint Belt covers not only the sacrum but also the pelvic joint (from the sacrum to the ilium), and by tightening the belt, the sacrum is pushed forward, and the pelvis tilts forward, which helps to straighten the spine. Since it does not restrict movement, it can be used when you want to stabilize your pelvis while exercising, driving, carrying luggage, doing housework, etc. Also, when you wear it while sitting in a chair, it stabilizes your lower back, so you can maintain correct posture and reduce fatigue.
