[How to use]
- Sprinkle directly onto tea, juice, etc. to add sourness.
・Make juice.
★How to make shiso juice
Ingredients: 400g red shiso leaves, 25g citric acid, 1kg sugar, 2L water
How to make: Put washed red shiso leaves into hot water and boil for about 3 minutes, then remove all the leaves, add citric acid and sugar, leave until it reaches room temperature, strain through a cloth and it's done. Chill and dilute to your desired strength before drinking.
・Used to clean pots and water bottles. (Citric acid concentration: approx. 1%)
