A genuine mouthpiece that fits snugly to your teeth. Prevents mouth opening during sleep and prevents snoring and teeth grinding.
Prevents opening of teeth (between teeth) and friction between teeth while sleeping, preventing snoring and teeth grinding noises!
●By fixing the upper and lower teeth, it prevents your mouth from opening while you sleep, encourages nasal breathing, and prevents snoring.
In addition, since it is placed between the upper and lower teeth, it prevents friction and also prevents teeth grinding.
●Ideal for those who both snore and grind their teeth.
●There is a hole in the center that allows air to pass through to prevent suffocation.
●A thermometer is included to help create dental impressions.
●It firmly holds the upper and lower teeth in place, but can be easily removed if you want to.

[How to use]
(1) First, we will create a mouth guard that fits your teeth (see below).
(2) To get used to it, chew on the gum 10 to 20 times once a day while wearing it.
(3) Wear it while sleeping.
Create a mold that suits you
(1) Insert the blue handle into the hole in the center of the mouthguard.
(2) Prepare a container that can hold the entire mouth guard and pour in enough hot water (approximately 70 to 80 degrees Celsius) so that the entire mouth guard is submerged.
(3) Immerse the entire mouthguard in the water for about 25 to 30 seconds and then remove it.
(4) With the handles still inserted, let the water cool slightly, then stand in front of a mirror and place the mouth guard over your teeth, making sure that the central depression of the mouth guard is centered over your upper teeth.
(5) Use your fingers to adjust the bite so that it fits snugly around your teeth and gums, then bite down firmly. Repeat the biting motion until you feel that all of your teeth are biting comfortably, then remove the bite. (Leave the handle in place. Be sure to pull out the handle at the end.)
(6) If the fit is not satisfactory, repeat steps (2) to (5). If it feels uncomfortable, cut it with scissors.
*The hole created when the handle is pulled out becomes the ventilation hole. If you are unable to breathe properly, please discontinue use as there is a risk of suffocation.
[Tips for making it well]
Instead of trying to make it all in one go, repeat the process several times to get a better fit.
When doing so, remove it from the hot water a little early at first, while it is still hard (while its shape does not change).
Once you have lightly created a tooth impression, dip it in hot water again until it becomes a little softer, then press it firmly with your fingers against your teeth and gums to fit as closely as possible. [Storage precautions]
- After use, wash with water or denture cleanser, dry thoroughly and then store in the case.
- Do not store in extremely hot or cold places or in direct sunlight.
-Keep out of reach of children.
【Note】
<Please do not use if you are one of the following:>
-People with nasal disorders who have difficulty breathing.
-People undergoing dental treatment or who have abnormalities in their oral cavity.
-People with many dentures.
- If you experience pain in your jaw joint or other areas when using the device, discontinue use.
・If using on children, please consult a dentist or other specialist before use.
<Precautions for use>
・The mouth guard overlaps the upper and lower teeth and bulges around the mouth, causing a feeling of discomfort in the mouth. Start by wearing it for a few hours during the day without straining yourself, and once you have gotten used to it until the discomfort disappears, begin wearing it while sleeping.
