(2) Set the iron temperature to medium dry temperature (approximately 150 degrees). *1 (3) Place the fabric you want to print on the ironing board. (5) Without using a pressing cloth, place the part of the iron that does not have steam holes directly on the sheet, point it straight down with both hands, and use your entire body weight to press down for about 15 seconds to heat bond it.
