[How to cook "Mochi Barley" deliciously]
1. Place the rinsed rice in the rice cooker and add the same amount of water as usual.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of barley for every 1 cup of rice, and twice the amount of water as barley (4 tablespoons).
3. Soak for about 30 minutes and then cook as you normally would.
*This product can be used without washing.
*The amount is a guideline. Adjust to your liking as you become accustomed to the product.
[How to boil "Mochi Barley" deliciously]
1. Put water (about 2L) in a pot and bring it to a boil, then add barley (1 bag).
2. Boil over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Once it has reached the desired firmness, drain it in a colander and rinse off the slime under running water.
*We recommend dividing into small portions and storing in the freezer.
