(5) Blow out a little at a time through your nose. ・Please practice 2-3 times on each nostril. However, if your child loses interest halfway through, try again the next day. [Caution] ・For safety, please use under parental supervision. ・This product is most effective when you use it when your nose is in good condition. Please note that using it when your nose is severely stuffy may put strain on your ears. ・Do not use this product for any purpose other than nose blowing training.
