It can measure the thickness of already installed window glass and insulating glass.
There are two methods for measuring glass thickness: using reflection and clamping.
To use the reflection, place the edge firmly against the glass and read the scale reflected in the glass.
When looking at the scale, view it at a 45° angle.
Where the ground line and the scale overlap is the thickness of the glass.
To measure by clamping, move the slide bar to measure.
It also comes with a scale that can measure up to 200mm.
