This is a very simple kinematic mirror holder consisting of two plates. Its simple structure makes it highly resistant to changes over time and temperature. It can be used as a mirror holder for laser resonators and interferometers. There are two types available: the high stability mirror holder MHG-HS and the mass production mirror holder MHG-MP. The high stability type (MHG-HS) has a large screw knob, which allows adjustment of the fulcrum in addition to the two points of application, and also allows adjustment of the vertical displacement of the mirror. All types except for the MHG-HS type have a set bolt type locking mechanism on the adjustment screw. In order to adjust the stress generated when fixing the mirror, a holding method is used in which the sides of the mirror are fixed in three places. Since there are no restrictions on the effective diameter due to factors such as screw rings, a large effective diameter can be obtained for reflected and transmitted light. It can be attached to a post stand (PST: sold separately) or an M6 tip rod (RO: sold separately). The mass production model (MHG-MP) can be fixed directly to a plate or stage with M4 screws. *The rotation center of the mass-produced model (MHG-MP) is on the outside of the mirror (the fulcrum of the holder). *When fixing the high stability type (MHG-HS) to a flat surface, please use the rod mounting plate (MHG-**BPRO). *If the rod mounting plate (MHG-**BPRO) is used, the optical axis will be 10 mm higher. *The mirror frame is attached to the back side of the mirror, so if the thickness of the mirror changes, the position of the reflective surface will also change.
