A moisture-absorbing batting made of bundles of extremely fine chemical fibers is inserted into a chemically polished stainless steel pipe, and the part protruding from the end of the pipe is used as a cotton swab.
By cutting off only the used part with pliers or similar, you can use the swabs for a longer period of time than conventional cotton swabs.
When the padding runs out, insert a spare and continue using it.
