Since multiple units can be connected and parts can be replaced to customize the system freely, it can flexibly respond to changes in use, work sequence, or workload. There is one common port on each of the top and side panels, allowing you to freely change parts. Designed based on the gas replacement type, it is highly airtight and has a sturdy construction.
