This is a simple bacteria detection paper that can be simply immersed in the test liquid and incubated at 35-37℃ for 24 hours.
If common bacteria are present, red spots will appear.
If the sample is water-soluble, it can be cultured by directly immersing the detection paper in it.
Swab tests can also be performed using sterile Sankoli cotton swabs and Sankoli sample preparation water.
By using sterilized Sanpacks and Sancoli sample preparation water, food ingredients (solid materials) such as foodstuffs can also be tested.
After cultivation, the detection paper can be sprayed with disinfectant alcohol to prevent bacterial growth and store it as a record.
