(2) After soaking the cover in water, lightly wring it out so that it is still slightly damp. (3) Place the frozen gel pack into the cover. (4) Place the light blue side against your skin, hang it around your neck, hold the string down, and adjust the length with the stopper (safety hook). *Adjust the strap so that it is not too tight around your neck. Do not tie the strap. - Wipe off any moisture from the surface of the gel pack before placing it in the freezer. -Fold it in half and place it on a flat surface in the freezer to cool. ・The stopper (safety hook) will come apart into two when a certain load is applied.
