(2) Dilute with tap water up to the mark. - Dilute with tap water (below 40 degrees) up to the 250mL mark (for both nostrils) and attach the nozzle cap with the tube attached. *If you dilute it with cold water, you may feel pain in your nose. ・Please pour slowly as it will foam and easily overflow.
