(2) Prepare 150 mL of warm water (40-42 degrees) in the bottle and check the temperature with a thermometer (on the back of the bottle). (3) Add one packet of Sale S and dissolve thoroughly. (4) Replace the top and attach it firmly to the bottle. (5) While leaning forward in the bathroom or elsewhere, lightly place the nozzle against your nose and wash alternately with appropriate water pressure while saying "ahh."
