This is an inner cap made of absorbent cotton and gauze that is worn inside the helmet. It has excellent water absorption and quick drying properties, and absorbs sweat from the head. If you wet it, wring it out and use it, it will help prevent heatstroke. It is safe as there are no knots or other tangles at the back of the head. It is also effective against the unpleasant "helmet burn." Material/Finish: Front and back: 100% cotton (gauze), Filling: 85% cotton (absorbent cotton), 15% composite fiber (polypropylene) Note: After washing, the item will shrink by about 5% due to swelling of the filling. Due to the nature of the material, there may be slight differences in color and size. Do not tumble dry. When hanging to dry, gently stretch the item with both hands to prevent shrinkage.
