It provides an accurate and sufficient signal source for outputting sine, square (pulse), sawtooth (triangle), noise and arbitrary waveforms. The AFG-21000/AFG-21100 Series' 20 MSa/s sampling rate, 10-bit vertical resolution, and 4 k points memory give you the flexibility to output specific waveforms as needed. Furthermore, the 0.1 Hz resolution for sine, square and triangle waveforms and the ability to adjust the duty cycle of the sine waveform (pulse) from 1% to 99% allow the use of these instruments in a wide variety of applications. The difference between the AFG-2000/AFG-2100 models is the frequency band, with the AFG-2100 model offering additional features such as AM/FM/FSK modulation, sweep and frequency counter.
