Since the length is longer than normal bands, you can wrap it around places other than your wrist, such as your ankle.
It can be easily fastened with a special hook and eye fastener, and once fastened it cannot be removed unless it is cut.
You can write directly on the band using a ballpoint pen or permanent marker.
