PIC12F683 8-bit Microcontroller
Microchip's PIC12 microcontroller (MCU) was the world's first 8-pin microcontroller.
Initially launched as one-time programmable (OTP) parts, the device series is continually expanded to include special features and further enhancements.
The PIC12F683 family of microcontrollers is based on Microchip's mid-range core with an 8-level hardware stack and 35 instructions.
These MCUs operate at up to 5 MIPS and have 3.5 KB of program memory and data memory consisting of 128 bytes SRAM and 256 bytes EEPROM.
It has an on-board configurable RC oscillator with ±1% accuracy.
