This is a penlight with a pupil meter. The pupillometer has been registered as a general medical device. Knock on the top to turn it on, knock again to turn it off. (Please make sure the light is off before storing it.) It can be used to check the mouth, throat, and ear holes. It can also be used to check the ears and mouth of pets. *Note on observing the pupil: Please observe by shining the light of the penlight from the side of the eye. Be careful not to shine the light directly on the pupil. The pupil will contract due to the counter reflex, and accurate measurement will not be possible.
