This is a coaxial cable assembly with a male BNC connector on one side and a bagworm clip on the other end. It is used to connect measuring instruments with BNC connectors (female) on the input and output, such as oscilloscopes and function generators, to the circuit under test. Although the impedance matching on the bagworm side is questionable, it is useful when using wideband measuring instruments at low frequencies.
