(3) Wear it while sleeping. Create a mold that suits you (1) Hook the handle into the center of the mouthguard. (2) Prepare a container to hold the mouth guard and fill it with hot water (approximately 70 to 80 degrees Celsius) so that the entire mouth guard is submerged. (3) Immerse the entire mouthguard in the water for about 25 to 30 seconds and then remove it. *Be careful not to get burned. (4) After draining the hot water and letting it cool slightly, place the mouth guard over your upper teeth and then remove the handle.
