●Made in Japan. [Material]
Blade: Stainless steel blade
Body: AS resin (heat resistant up to 100 degrees)
Finger guard: AS resin (heat resistant up to 100 degrees), resin spring (heat resistant up to 150 degrees)
[How to use the finger guard]
(1) Hold the green onion with the finger guard a few centimeters above the base. If the green onion is too long and cooking is unstable, cut it to an appropriate length.
(2) When slicing, hold the finger guard. As you slice, if the finger guard is about to hit the blade, move the finger guard up.
(3) After use, place the finger guard on the slicer and store it. It will cover the blade and keep it in place.
