[How to use]
★Basic usage
(1) Hold the knife at an angle to prevent it from moving, hold the handle firmly, and slowly push the vegetables, which you have already cut into pieces that are easy to julienne, from the front toward the blade.
*To prevent any wobbling, place a damp cloth underneath and make sure it is firmly fixed.
(2) Place it on top of a bowl and set the bowl cutter firmly on the edge of the bowl to make it convenient for preparing ingredients and serving food.
-Food can be cooked at a thickness of 3 mm (design value).
-The thickness will vary depending on the ingredients and the pressure applied.

- When using for the first time, wash thoroughly with dishwashing detergent.
After use, wash thoroughly with detergent using a soft cloth or sponge, wipe off moisture with a dry cloth, and store in a dry place.
- Applying a thin layer of salad oil to the blade will help prevent rust.
- Leaving the blade with dirt containing salt or acids on it or storing it in a humid place can cause it to rust.
- For some vegetables, such as carrots, the plastic parts may change color due to the pigments in the vegetable, but this is not harmful.
