●This product is made from 100% domestic wheat, allowing you to enjoy the rich flavor of wheat and its chewy texture.
●Eighth type: oval coin type.
The noodles are eighth size thick and have an oval cross-sectional shape.
Compared to the mainstream "Juban Te Kakugiri" dried noodles, this noodle is slightly thicker and has a chewy texture.

[Boiling time that will please the ingredients]
・For Zaru and Bukkake Udon: 13 minutes
Please prepare the broth and seasoning before boiling the noodles. *Caution: Use hot water.
(1) Boiling
Boil plenty of water in a large pot (at least 1 liter per batch (one serving)) for 13 minutes, then add the udon noodles separately.
Gently loosen the rice with chopsticks and boil to your desired doneness without adding cold water, adjusting the heat to prevent the water from boiling over.
(2) Rinse in cold water to remove slime
Once boiled, quickly rinse with cold water 2-3 times.
・For Kamaage Udon: 8 minutes
Stop boiling after 8 minutes, transfer to a bowl along with the cooking water, and add your favorite ingredients to the warm dipping sauce before serving.
*No washing with water is required.
・For Kake Udon: 11 minutes
Stop boiling after 11 minutes and quickly rinse in cold water to remove any slime. Pour hot soup over the noodles that have been quickly warmed in hot water, top with tempura or other ingredients of your choice and enjoy.
Seasonings such as finely chopped green onions, wasabi, ginger, and sesame seeds go well with this dish.

Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity. [Caution]
