This Sanuki udon is made by kneading barley produced in Zentsuji City, Kagawa Prefecture, and cutting it with a knife. You can enjoy the subtle sweetness of barley and its chewy texture. What is Sanuki Mochi Barley Daishimochi? This type of barley (naked barley) has strong glutinous properties and is named "Daishimochi" after Kobo Daishi, whose birthplace is Zentsuji City.
