(2) Connect the rubber bulb control valve to the other rubber tube of the cuff. (3) After connecting the ear tube and Y tube, connect it to the chest piece attached to the cuff. (4) Wrap the cuff around your upper arm. (5) Tighten the control valve screws and apply pressure. (6) Gradually open the control valve screw to reduce pressure.
