NUCLEO-F767ZI Nucleo-144 Development Board The NUCLEO-F767ZI Nucleo-144 board provides an inexpensive and flexible way to build prototypes with the STM32F767ZIT6 microcontroller. The Zio connector, an extension of the Arduino Uno, allows access to more peripherals, and in combination with the ST morpho headers, the functionality can be expanded with various shields. The built-in ST-LINK/V2-1 debugger/programmer comes with the STM32 comprehensive software HAL library and software examples, as well as direct access to the ARM mbed online resources. It is supported by a wide range of integrated development environments (IDEs), including IAR, Keil, GCC-based and ARM mbed. Features and Benefits - STM32F767ZIT6 216MHz Cortex-M7 core microcontroller with 2MB Flash memory, 512KB SRAM Adaptive Real-Time Accelerator (ART Accelerator(TM)) for zero wait-state execution from Flash memory - Double precision floating point unit - LCD-TFT controller with up to XGA resolution and dedicated Chrom-ART Accelerator(TM) - 8 to 14-bit parallel camera interface up to 54 MB/s - Up to 28 serial ports: USART, IrDA, I2C, SPI, LIN, CAN, USB, I2S, SDIO, HDMI-CEC, S/PDIF-Rx, Ethernet - True random number generator - CRC calculation unit - RTC and hardware calendar with sub-second accuracy - 96-bit unique ID - ST-LINK/V2-1 debugger/programmer with SWD connector - 3 LEDs: Power LED, USB communication, User LED - User and Reset pushbuttons - USB OTG or FS device via micro-AB connector - All GPIOs accessible via ST Morpho extension pins - Full access to all GPIOs via ST Zio connector (supports Arduino Uno v3 Shield connection) - 32.768 KHz crystal oscillator - Flexible board power supply - ARM mbed ready (mbed.org) The STM32F7 microcontroller features ST's ART Accelerator(TM) and L1 cache, delivering the highest theoretical performance of the ARM Cortex-M7, regardless of whether code is running from embedded Flash or external memory. Typical performance figures: 1082 CoreMark/462 DMIPS @ 216MHz (clock frequency) AXI and multi-AHB bus matrix interconnecting cores, peripherals and memory Depending on the device, double precision floating point unit Up to 16 KB + 16 KB I-cache and D-cache Up to 2 MB embedded flash memory, depending on the device, with read-while-write capability Up to 512 KB data memory, including up to 128 KB Tightly Coupled Memory for Data (DTCM) for stack and heap 16 KB Tightly Coupled Memory for Instructions (ITCM) for time-critical routines 4 KB backup SRAM to retain data in lowest power mode Peripheral speed is independent of CPU speed (dual clock support) Depending on the device, protected code execution (PC-ROP) Power efficiency: 7 CoreMark/mW @ +1.8 V dc Applications Embedded design and development Quantity: 1 piece Category: Development Board Name: Nucleo-144 Device core: ARM Cortex M7 Processor family name: STM32F7 Processor part number: STM32F767ZIT6 Processor type: MCU RoHS Compliance Status: Compliant Code number: 123-1052
