RoosterNourish Expansion Medium is a bioprocessed medium for the expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) from multiple tissue sources and iPS-derived hMSCs. It is designed to eliminate the need for medium replacement during expansion culture, allowing for faster expansion culture. This product is a conventional bioprocess medium that contains animal-derived and human-derived components.*We also sell a xeno-free (XF) bioprocess medium for expansion culture (catalog number: KT-016), which is easy to transfer to translational research. This product enables two-dimensional expansion culture of hMSCs. It has a high expansion efficiency (producing millions of cells per liter of medium) compared to other MSC media on the market. By using this in combination with various hMSCs (sold separately) sold by RoosterBio and following RoosterBio's proprietary protocol, it is possible to multiply hMSCs by more than 10-fold within 3 to 5 days.
