RoosterVial-hBM are human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hBM-MSCs) isolated from adult iliac crest. After isolation, cells were expanded to population doubling levels (PDL) 6-10. Established, expanded, and quality-controlled in the highly productive RoosterNourish media system, hMSCs can be efficiently and reproducibly generated in millions or billions to accelerate research and product development. When combined with Rooster Nourish-MSC bioprocess medium (catalog number: KT-016), this product has been shown to proliferate more than 10-fold within five days in a process that does not require medium replacement, meeting the needs of researchers who require large-scale culture of hMSCs. These hMSCs comply with the ISCT minimal criteria established by the International Society for Cellular Therapy (ISCT), and are highly reliable in terms of quality, reproducibility, and ease of integration.
