RoosterVial Umbilical Cord MSC Exosomes are prepared from RoosterBio's xeno-free (XF) hUC-MSCs (human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells). Prepared using RoosterBio's advanced facilities, expertise and optimized extracellular vesicle manufacturing platform, these products can be used for a variety of research applications. The product is produced in a 3D bioreactor system using RoosterNourish-MSC-XF bioprocessing medium, concentrated by tangential flow filtration (TFF) in chemically defined, protein-free RoosterCollect-EV medium, and filtered through a 0.2 µm filter to a final concentration of >5E9 particles/mL. The particle size, concentration, purity, various exosome surface markers (CD9, CD63, CD81), and cytoplasmic marker TSG101 have been analyzed.
